I'm moving my CEIVA frame to a new location outside my home. How do I change my connection settings?

Restarting your CEIVA with new connection settings

Once you change your CEIVA frame's settings from ceiva.com, press and hold both the black and white buttons on the back of the frame to reset your CEIVA frame.

Change your connection settings

You can change your frame's phone or internet connection settings on the My Frames page in your ceiva.com account.

If you are connecting by phone, use our Local Availability Tool to see if there are different connection numbers local to your new location* and click Change Dialing # to update this information. We recommend that you select up to three local dial-in numbers.

Once you arrive, connect your CEIVA frame and press and hold both the black and white buttons on the back of the frame. When the LCD screen turns black, let go of the buttons. Your CEIVA frame may take up to 20 minutes to reconfigure its new settings.

*If local numbers are no longer available in your area, you will have the option of converting your PicturePlan Photo Delivery Service to Toll-Free Connectivity.
